We have had a full and fruitful late spring and early summer of travel.
During this time, we received four inquiries from individuals interested in enrolling in our programs. We would greatly appreciate your prayers for these prospective students. The Lord continues to direct people our way, for which we are thankful. With more than 40 online classes, we offer a wide range of course options and can serve many more students as our online ministry continues to grow.
Speaking of courses, I’m excited to announce that we've added two more to our course platform. I’ll share the links for those at the bottom of this letter. We were thankful to return home about a week before our church's annual Jubilee Meeting. That gave us time to prepare our home for guests and take care of several other details before the week began. The meeting was a wonderful blessing, with excellent preaching and sweet fellowship.
We also wanted to let you know that next year's Jubilee Meeting will be held Sunday, June 27, through Thursday, July 1, 2027. This year, we took a short Wednesday afternoon trip to visit a couple of Baptist history sites near us. Lord willing, we hope to do that again next year on Tuesday afternoon, and we would love for you to join us. One of our goals is to encourage believers to study and appreciate their Baptist heritage. We are deeply grateful for the rich legacy of men and women who loved the Word of God, defended biblical truth, and faithfully trained others in its teachings.
We are looking forward to the fall semester and the opportunities it will bring. Once again, we will be offering live classes for those who would like to attend in person, or students can join us remotely personally or with their church institute. Classes meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. I will be teaching History of Fundamentalism; Pastor Moore will teach Apologetics, with special emphasis on understanding cults and responding to them biblically; and Scott Heishman will be teaching a practical course on Personal Evangelism.
We will also host a three-day module, titled A Biblical Design for Ministry, taught by Dr. Tom Knickerbocker. The module will be held Tuesday, September 15, through Thursday, September 17, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day, with a one-hour lunch break at noon. If your schedule allows, we would be delighted to have you join us for this valuable time of biblical instruction and fellowship.
As the Lord continues to expand the seminary's reach through both in-person and online training, we are praying for His continued provision. Every new class, every student, and every opportunity to equip men and women for ministry reminds us of God's faithfulness. Please pray that the Lord would continue to provide the students, wisdom, and resources needed as this ministry grows. If the Lord leads you to have a greater part in helping train the next generation of Christian workers, we would certainly be grateful for your support.
